Archbishop SYLVESTER Dies Following a Lengthy Illness
His Eminence, the Most Reverend SYLVESTER (Haruns), former Archbishop of Montreal and Canada, reposed in the Lord peacefully at 2:00AM on the morning of Thursday 18 May 2000 in Rawdon, Quebec, Canada following a lengthy illness.
He had received holy communion and been anointed last Tuesday.

Sunday 21 May 2000, 10:00AM: Divine Liturgy and Parastas at St Seraphim Chapel, 3495 15th Avenue, Rawdon QC -- after which his remains will be transferred to Montreal.
Sunday 21 May 2000, 2:00PM: Parastas at SS Peter and Paul Sobor, 1151 rue de Champlain, Montreal QC.
Monday 22 May 2000, 7:00PM: Parastas at SS Peter and Paul.
Tuesday 23 May 2000, 10:00AM: Divine Liturgy and Rite of Monastic Burial at SS Peter and Paul Sobor
Transfer of remains for interment at St Seraphim Cemetery, 3494 15th Avenue, Rawdon, QC
