Metropolitan Ambrose (Giakalis)
of Servia and Kozani

His Grace Metropolitan Amvrosios (Giakalis) was born in 1940 in Keramio, Lesvos. He has studied Theology and has done postgraduate studies in UK. He is a Doctor of the University of Cambridge. He was ordained a deacon in 1967 and a priest in 1974. He was elected and ordained as bishop in 1998. He is the writer of many theological books. |
